Reactive Designs started in 2005 in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, Canada. Jeff Boulton, the owner of Reactive Designs, started designing and developing websites in the late 1990’s.
Reactive Designs works with business and non-profit organizations in developing their online presence through an affordable web design and development. Reactive Designs uses cutting edge technology to develop easy to maintain websites. Clients with no web design experience can maintain their websites – adding content such as text, images, documents (PDF/Word), and videos. Reactive Designs supports it’s clients with step-by-step tutorials – paper based or through video.
Reactive Designs can also establish or enhance your web presence through Social Media Marketing – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and others along with Search Engine Optimization of your website. We work with business and non-profit organizations to customize a plan which works for them.
Reactive Designs is fully insured with Professional Liability – Errors and Omissions Insurance. Reactive Designs office is based in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan; however we have clients located across Canada from the Yukon to Prince Edward Island and in other countries.
Jeff Boulton Owner
Jeff attended the University of Saskatchewan and the University of Regina where he completed 3 years of Computer Science, a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics, Bachelor of Education in Math and Science and a Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction – Thesis dealing with online learning.
Jeff has taught web design and development for over 15 years and currently teaches an online course in programming for the web. Jeff promotes web design as a trade in the secondary and post-secondary education sectors through the Computer Systems Advisory Committee at Saskatchewan Polytechnique in Saskatoon and also on the Business Information Systems Advisory Committee at Saskatchewan Polytechnique in Moose Jaw and Regina.
Jeff has been the Website Development Technical Chair person with Skills Canada Saskatchewan since 2000 and on the National Technical Committee for Skills Canada since 2001. Jeff has participated in over 16 National and 15 Provincial website development competitions. Jeff has been involved with the WorldSkills organization in the Web Design & Development trade since 2003 promoting website design and development:

Jeff has been asked to be Chief Expert for the first Gulf Co-operation Council (GCC) Skills Competition in United Arab Emirates in 2010, the WorldSkills Americas in 2011 and 2012 Competition in São Paulo, Brazil, and the first Russian WorldSkills Competition in Moscow, 2012.

Reactive Designs runs its own Web server, DNS server, and Backup server through Reactive Host. We finely tune our servers for optimal performance and security. All data is located in Canada. Our backup server is offsite to ensure data redundancy.
